   You can park for 30 minutes…. and then not return to the same place for another hour….

   So, you can park for 30 mins every 90 minutes… Simple! not!

   It means you can park for 30 minutes, then have to move your car from that spot and can’t return to the same spot for at least an hour after you left. It doesn’t mean you can’t return to your car for one hour once you’ve parked!
