Looking up all the kanji, I get 危険ですので, 枠内に立ち入らないで下さい.
which google translate turns into “It is dangerous, please do not intrude into the frame.”
(and then it occurs to me that there’s probably an app that would have let my phone do the lookup for me in a 20th of the time it took me to look it up myself)
So basically “Please do not enter the enclosed area; it is dangerous.”
